Paul Kodzwa

Paul Kodzwa is an experienced professional in business development and engineering, with a focus on Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Development for DoD Programs at RTX, Paul previously held positions as a Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer at the same organization. Additional experience includes working as a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses, a Senior Analyst in Acquisition Analytics and Policy at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and a Project Engineer at Protonex. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Stanford University.
