Paula Ardel

Paula Ardel has held several leadership roles in enterprise software and supply chain management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Enterprise Software at Raytheon Technologies. Previously, Paula worked as the Associate Director of the Indirect Supply Chain in the Digital Technologies category at Collins Aerospace and served as a Senior Manager for Indirect Supply Chain at UTC Aerospace Systems. Additional experience includes managerial positions in service delivery and IT finance at United Technologies and a role as Team Lead Desktop Control Analyst at St. Francis Hospital. Paula holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from DeVry University.
