Oksana Falenchuk

Oksana Falenchuk is a highly experienced financial professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Razom since 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing financial management and supporting humanitarian aid programs. Additionally, Oksana acts as the Global Lead of Razom Health and serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for an organization focused on building a democratic and prosperous Ukraine, managing budgeting and financial reporting. Oksana previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Neuberger Berman from 2006 to 2016, conducting investment research on global retail and luxury stocks, and collaborated with company executives on strategic financial matters. Oksana began professional career as a Management Consultant at Capgemini, engaging in various consulting assignments. Oksana holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has academic backgrounds from Binghamton University and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
