Gautam Unnikrishnan is an experienced supply chain leader currently serving as the Head of Connected Planning for Africa, Middle East, and Pakistan at Reckitt since June 2017. With a proven track record in managing digital transformation projects across 40 countries, Gautam has driven significant revenue generation and operational efficiencies. Key accomplishments include the implementation of advanced forecasting models utilizing AI, resulting in improved accuracy and substantial inventory savings, as well as innovative logistics solutions that enhanced customer service levels.
