Nitida Pastor Perez, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical affairs, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Medical Affairs Director for Europe and International Lead for LATAM - ASEAN at Reckitt since January 2018, Nitida also offers mentorship as a Startup Mentor - Advisor at Imperial College London and is an active mentor with EJE&CON, supporting the advancement of women in leadership roles. Additionally, Nitida has held various key positions at Mead Johnson Nutrition and Abbott, focusing on medical affairs and marketing across Europe. An educator at IE Business School since 1990, Nitida mentors MBA students and professionals in entrepreneurship while participating as a speaker in international health and wellness seminars.
