Ozan Can Karaca is an accomplished IT and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in data management and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Global IT & Digital Director at Reckitt since May 2015, Ozan provides strategic guidance on data management, oversees global product teams, and leads the deployment of the Global Customer Data Platform. Previous roles at Reckitt include heading IT and digital initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the MENAP region, as well as delivering enhancements in E-Commerce and merchandising technologies. Prior to Reckitt, Ozan was a Senior Business Analyst at Mercedes-Benz AG, where responsibilities included project management and business consultancy in financial services. Ozan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Boğaziçi University.
