Daniel Molnar

Daniel Molnar has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at RBC Bearings since June 2013. In this role, Daniel provides strategic and day-to-day legal guidance on regulatory matters, including environmental issues, government contracts, and commercial transactions, while also managing various contracts and agreements. Previously, Daniel worked as a Temporary Assistant Clerk for the Judicial Branch of the State of Connecticut from June 2007 to May 2013, where duties included assisting judges during trials and processing court orders. Earlier in the career, Daniel served as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Martha Croog, LLC, representing commercial lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and an MBA from Quinnipiac University - School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Connecticut.
