Carolyn Minaker

Carolyn Minaker is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as Director and Head of People Operations at Borealis AI since October 2020, Carolyn previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Carta after the acquisition of Kik Interactive, where Carolyn was a Senior HR Manager. With a solid foundation in HR coordination at Cowan Insurance Group, Carolyn has successfully led various initiatives, including learning and development programs, performance management, and compliance with legislative requirements. Carolyn holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo.
