Gladys Chen

Gladys Chen serves as the Global Markets HR Director at RBC Capital Markets since September 2023. Previously, Chen held the role of Head of Human Capital at Geller & Company during a temporary engagement from September 2022 to September 2023. Chen's experience includes positions such as Senior Human Resources Consultant at livingHR, Inc. and Executive Coach at Flatiron Consulting LLC, providing expertise in talent strategy and human capital risk management. Chen also served as Interim Chief People Officer at Astranis and Chief People Officer at Fairstead, focusing on strategic HR leadership in fast-paced environments. Additional experience includes Head of Human Resources for Customer Experience & Technology Organizations at E*TRADE and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Citi and Bank of America. Chen holds a Master of Professional Services in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts, an MBA from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor of Science from Wellesley College.
