Tara Wells

Tara Wells has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Tara began their career at RBC Wealth Management in 2013, where they held various senior management positions. These roles included overseeing technology training, project portfolio administration, enterprise initiatives, and planning, control, and governance. In 2018, Tara joined RBC Clearing & Custody as a Senior Manager in project delivery and execution. Tara subsequently took on roles as Director of Business Initiatives and Director of Product Management & Platform Adoption. Tara's experience demonstrates their strong leadership skills and expertise in project management and business initiatives.

Tara Wells has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Augsburg University. Tara also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business - York University and a Mini Masters in Business Analysis from the University of St. Thomas. Tara went on to pursue an MBA with a focus on International Business from Augsburg University.
