David Fehrmann

David Fehrmann has a varied work experience spanning several industries and roles. David has worked as the Head HR Brazil for Our Daily Bread Ministries, a North American NGO publishing organization. David also served as the Director of ALFEHR, a position they held concurrently with their role at Our Daily Bread Ministries. Additionally, David worked as a Professor conteudista at Faculdades São Bráz and as a Manager at Associação Batista de Ação Social de Curitiba - PIB Curitiba. David has also held management positions at Light and Life Publishers and Editora Luz e Vida. Before transitioning into these roles, David managed their mother's company, Dó Ré Mi Kindergarten, where they gained significant administrative and financial skills. David also coached basketball at Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR and Prefeitura Municipal de Araucária. Additionally, David gained industry experience as a production assistant at Werit UK Ltd, a German packaging company.

David Fehrmann's education history is as follows:

From 1983 to 1989, David attended the Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Sports.

Following this, they pursued a specialized degree in Sports Training at the same university from 1990 to 1992.

In 1993, David enrolled in the Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná for a Postgraduate Diploma in Pedagogy, focusing on Early Childhood Education.

In 2003, they completed a Project Management course at SENAC Paraná, gaining expertise in project management.

In 2004, David obtained two Graduate Business Administration certificates from ISAE, one in Strategic Planning and another in Foundations of Project Management.

In 2012 and 2013, they pursued a specialization in the Management of Social Projects in the Third Sector at Faculdades Batista do Paraná.

David's academic journey continued in 2013 when they pursued a Master of Arts in Theology with a focus on Leadership, Organization, and Pastoral Care at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, which they completed in 2016.

In 2018 and 2019, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management, where they earned a MicroMaster certificate in Data, Economics, and Development Policy.

Continuing their education in 2019 and 2020, David pursued an MBA in Book Publishing with a focus on Management, Business, and Marketing at Instituto Singularidades.

From 2020 to 2021, they participated in the IPEX - Global Leadership Development Program at Davenport University, delving into leadership and management.

Their most recent educational endeavor is the Harvard ManageMentor program at Harvard Business School, which they started in 2022 and is set to complete in 2023. The program emphasizes management and leadership skills.
