Arsh Maheshwari

Arsh Maheshwari currently serves as a Product Management Fellow at NextLeap since July 2024 and has been functioning as a Data Analytics Manager at RBL Bank since June 2022, where notable achievements include transforming the lending experience and increasing the total book by 5%. Prior experience encompasses roles such as an Analyst focused on microfinance, Product Development and Strategy at Angel One, and various positions including Equity Research Analyst and Operations Analyst at Growth Arrow Company and Firstail.com, respectively. Arsh also held leadership roles during academic tenure at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, including Fest Coordinator and Secretary General. Arsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
