Marta Usai currently serves as a Banking Supervision Analyst at the European Central Bank since October 2022, focusing on the line supervision of Significant Institutions with expertise in Climate and Environmental Risk, Operational and ICT Risk, Market Risk, and CSRBB. Previously, Marta held the role of Banking Supervision Trainee, where responsibilities included internal governance and risk management, as well as recovery and resolution planning. Prior to joining the European Central Bank, Marta worked as a Junior Business Analyst at CRIF, engaged in IT projects for global delivery. Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and International Political Science and a Master's degree in Law and Economics of Insurance and Finance from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has also participated in an Erasmus program at The University of Salford, focusing on international relations and politics. Educational credentials include a High School Diploma from Liceo Classico Giorgio Asproni Nuoro and an exchange program at La Porte High School.
