Bijal Shah

Bijal Shah possesses extensive experience in process governance, business compliance, and operational risk management, currently serving as VP II at RBL Bank. Previous roles include CM II at ICICI Bank, overseeing customer service quality initiatives and audits across India, and AVP at DLL, managing operations and customer service support. Earlier, Bijal held the position of CM at L&T Finance, focusing on processes, quality, and operational risk.
