Jo Trainor McIpd

Jo Trainor MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Officer at RBLI (Royal British Legion Industries) since April 2017. Prior to this role, Jo worked as an HR Consultant at Medway Council from July 2016 to March 2017, providing HR generalist advice across multiple directorates. Jo's earlier experience includes over 16 years at Tesco PLC, where roles ranged from Area HR Manager to Employee Relations Manager, overseeing a large workforce and supporting multiple stores across London. Jo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Greenwich and possesses a strong academic foundation with A-Levels and GCSE qualifications from Mid-Kent College and Invicta Grammar School, respectively.
