Missy Berube

Missy Berube has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Missy is currently the Head of HR at RBR, where they lead and oversees all aspects of human resources. Previously, Missy founded Custom-Resumes, utilizing their HR and recruitment experience to provide resume writing services. Missy also worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Flex, where they partnered with senior leaders to develop growth and optimization strategies. Prior to that, Missy served as a People & Business Partner Leader and HR Business Partner at Saba Software, driving talent management strategies and supporting employees across multiple regions.
