Fernando Tornaim

Fernando Tornaim currently serves as Sócio e VP do conselho do Grupo RBS since June 2022. Fernando is also the Sócio-fundador e CEO of Tornak Holding, which was established in 2012 to innovate in leisure, entertainment, and convenience sectors, encompassing real estate, experience arenas, digital communication, marketing, and retail. Before these roles, Fernando was a Sócio-fundador and Diretor Geral of Kzuka from October 2005 until September 2012, contributing to the development of Brazil's first communication platform targeting the youth demographic. Kzuka, launched in 2000, reached a broad audience across multiple states and was sold to Grupo RBS in 2005, showcasing impactful content through various media channels for 15 years.
