Daniel Pessetto

Daniel Pessetto is an accomplished Director of Human Resources with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently, Daniel leads HR for RC Willey, overseeing 2,400 employees across multiple locations and distribution centers, ensuring effective HR partnership in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Daniel served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Flying J, managing HR for 10,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada, and as a Human Resources Manager at Marker International, where responsibilities included comprehensive HR management for 1,100 employees in the ski industry. Daniel holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Utah and a BA in Political Science, Sociology, and Spanish from Weber State University.
