Michael Kim

Michael Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Michael is currently working as a Quality Manager at RCE, where they collaborate with the team to ensure that all aspects of the business meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Exact Sciences, focusing on quality assurance efforts. Michael also served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Nielsen Tele Medical GmbH, where they managed quality assurance activities. Before that, they held various roles at Nielsen, including Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Leader, Test Project Manager, Software Engineer, Technical Quality Analyst, and Senior Technical Field Representative. In these roles, they worked on projects related to consumer neuroscience, telecom service quality, and TV meter platforms. Michael also gained experience in agile scrum methodologies and UI/UX design.

Michael Kim attended DeVry University from 2002 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology. In 2019, they enrolled in UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and completed a Medical Devices Certificate program in 2021.
