Mike Kruse

Project Manager at RCF Salvage

Mike Kruse has held various roles in multiple companies. Their most recent role was as a project manager at RCF Salvage in 2020, where they acted as an insurance consultant for commercial properties, providing comprehensive content inventory evaluations in major claims. Before that, they worked as a recruitment coordinator for Detroit Trailblazers in 2018, where they designed team recruiting sheets and was responsible for guiding players to college. Mike was also a crew lead at Hathaway Landscaping and Lawn Care in 2019, leading a crew of four on the lawn care side of the business.

Kruse has also held roles in sports organizations, such as being the communications, marketing, and sales manager for Victory Honda AAA Hockey and Victory Ice Center from 2018 to 2019. Mike was responsible for creating content for both organizations' social media channels and coming up with ideas to bring brand awareness to the Plymouth community. Additionally, they were a head baseball coach at Novi High School from 2015 to 2018, where they taught fundamental skills and created conditioning workouts for players.

Aside from these roles, Kruse has also worked as a front desk supervisor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2017, a communications intern at USA Hockey from 2016 to 2018, an assistant baseball coach at Chippewa Valley High School in 2014 and an associate/strength trainer at Prospects Baseball and Softball Training Center from 2012 to 2015. Mike also briefly worked as an employee at Triple Crown Sports in 2014.

Mike Kruse obtained their high school diploma from Novi High School in 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Macomb Community College where they earned an Associate's Degree. In December of 2015, they obtained CPR/First Aid certification from the National CPR Foundation. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Madonna University to study Sports Management. Mike did not obtain a degree from this institution.
