Israel Balaguer

Israel Balaguer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application development and support. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Technical Architect at RCG Global Services, a role held since January 2013, Israel specializes in applications for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Technology. Prior to this, from June 2011 to January 2013, Israel worked at CHAMP Cargosystems as a Senior Java Developer, contributing to the company’s air logistics software solutions. Earlier experience includes a position as a Java Developer at Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific Ltd., where Israel provided L3 support for various Java applications and maintained software for Procter & Gamble. Israel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, completed in 2007.
