Kaj Gronholm

Kaj Gronholm has a diverse and extensive work history. Kaj is currently working as the SVP - Financial Services at RCG Global Services, where they have been since June 2015. Prior to this, Gronholm was the CEO of Woodridge Software from June 2015 to August 2023. Before that, they served as the President of Roving Cyber from January 2009 to June 2015. Kaj also held the position of Senior VP of Network Access Control (NAC) Division at Hewlett-Packard/TippingPoint from December 2005 to June 2008. Additionally, Gronholm was the CEO of Roving Planet from January 2005 to December 2005 and the CEO/Founder from August 2000 to January 2005.

Kaj Gronholm completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Physics with minors in Mathematics and Electrical and Computer Engineering. Later, they pursued an MBA degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance. Additionally, Kaj Gronholm holds a CCNA certification from Cisco.
