Brent Locke

Brent Locke has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors and roles. Brent most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RCG Talent Solutions, where they led and managed searches with partner organizations. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant at ACDI/VOCA, facilitating external communications and developing profile stories for projects. Brent also served as an Early Childhood Education Specialist Consultant at Creative Associates International, where they developed curriculum and led the transition to distance learning. Brent has had experience in the education sector as well, working as the Dean of Students at The Langley School, where they managed various programs and chaired the Social Studies Department. Additionally, they worked at Teach For America as a Teacher at Mays Prep and Carver Elementary.
