Matt Reamy

Matt Reamy is a seasoned professional in the social sector, currently serving as the Founding Partner of RCG Talent Solutions since April 2014, where the firm focuses on aligning social sector talent with mission-driven organizations. Previously, Matt held various influential roles at Teach For America from June 2005 to April 2014, including Senior Managing Director of Regional Growth Strategy and Development, where strategic coaching fostered significant fundraising success and student placement growth. As Managing Director of Recruitment, Matt achieved substantial increases in applicant diversity and recruitment metrics. Matt’s early experience includes pivotal roles that targeted the development of corps members and substantial improvements in student performance. Matt earned a BA in Government from William & Mary in 2005.
