Terra B. is an accomplished Associate Director at R&CPMK, where since March 2016, the focus has been on managing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives across three critical pillars: Workforce, aimed at ensuring internal representation reflects society; Workplace, promoting an environment of belonging and well-being; and People & Culture, committed to providing resources for employee success. With prior experience spanning various roles in Human Resources, Strategic Insights & Analytics, and Administration from 1995 to 2015, Terra B. brings a wealth of expertise in fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
