Queena Tsai

Queena Tsai has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Co-founder & Chief Business Officer at Delysium, a web3 AAA game company focused on building a virtual world on blockchain. Queena is responsible for creating an environment where one billion individuals and 100 billion AI Virtual Beings can coexist. Queena also co-founded and served as Chief Business Officer at rct AI, a company dedicated to building the Metaverse with AI on blockchain.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Queena worked at a technology company called Pay 9 as a Business Director and Partner. Queena played a crucial role in the development of the company's first product, a mobile payment system. Queena also led market development initiatives in Southeast Asia.

Before joining Pay 9, Queena founded Top Fairs, where they were responsible for overall event planning, international market development, and providing services such as booth reservation and translation.

Queena'searly career includes a role as Vice President External Relations at AIESEC, where they focused on business development and customer relations. Queena also identified market opportunities and developed a new Cross-Cultural Experience product.

Lastly, Queena gained early professional experience as an IT Intern at Hays.

Queena Tsai earned their Bachelor's degree in Public Relationship Management from Guangdong University of Education. Queena attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
