Subit Sinha

Subit Sinha has over 20 years of work experience in the legal field. Subit is currently the Head of Legal Compliance at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head - Legal (RMX DIV) at ACC Limited from August 2014 to July 2022. Subit has also held leadership positions as the Head - Legal & Secretarial at Edenred (India) Private Limited from March 2013 to July 2014, and as the Senior Manager - Legal at Trent Ltd, a TATA Enterprise from August 2010 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Legal Manager at ACC Concrete Ltd from January 2008 to July 2010, as the Dy. Manager - Legal at ACC Limited from August 2006 to December 2007, as the Manager - Legal at Atlanta Limited from January 2003 to July 2006, and as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited from January 2001 to May 2002.

Subit Sinha began their education in 1988 at Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1991, they enrolled at Bhagalpur Careers to pursue an LL.B degree, specializing in Law, which they successfully obtained in 1995. Additionally, in 1999, Subit enrolled at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to pursue an Intermediate degree in Company Law, which they completed in 2000. Furthermore, in 2010, they attended the Asian School of Law, where they obtained a Diploma in Cyber Laws.
