Ray Egatz

Founder at RDE Systems

Prior to founding RDE System Support Group, Ray Egatz spent six years on the Rutgers University Graduate Public Administration Program’s faculty.

He was the Rutgers liaison to the State of New Jersey’s new Office of Technology and Information Services department which unified technology across all the State’s Departments. He also developed the technology curriculum for the State’s Certified Public Manager’s program.

In 1989 he left the Rutgers faculty in order to start RDE System Support Group. The new company’s core mission reflected his interests and experience in building technology to support the critical missions of public sector agencies and not-for-profit organizations. Following this vision the company strives to bring the best of technology innovation to the public service partners.
