Sejla Beglerovic

Sejla Beglerovic is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Currently serving in a human resources role at RdF since April 2024, Sejla previously excelled as a Staffing Manager at Leddy Group from September 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included executing full life cycle recruitment for Light Industrial and Skilled Manufacturing roles, providing exceptional customer service, and tailoring staffing programs to meet client needs. Prior to that, Sejla held positions as an Operations Specialist/Recruitment at PeopleReady Skilled Trades and a Staffing Specialist at Monroe Staffing Services.
