Abbie Morrissey

Abbie Morrissey is an experienced educational and therapeutic professional, currently serving as a Guidance Counsellor and Director at Humanitas High School since January 2019. Morrissey has held dual roles as a Democratic Education Teacher/Facilitator and Early Years Teacher at Pine Community School since January 2013. Additionally, Morrissey has been a Child and Family Therapist at Build the Village Family Support since 2017, a Family Therapist at RDIconnect since June 2016, and a Licensed Neuro Developmental Therapist at the Institute of Neuro Physiological Psychology since January 2015. Morrissey's academic background includes a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathic Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health, and various certifications in special education, including a Master’s degree from The Open University.
