Andy Lawson

Andy Lawson has a diverse work experience in the engineering and operations field. Andy started their career as a Lead Piping/Mechanical Engineer at RDS, a division of KCA Deutag Drilling Ltd, where they worked on projects such as Talisman AUK FEED Revalidation and Development. Andy then joined RDS as a Project Manager, overseeing projects in both Stavanger and Bergen offices. In 2009, they became the Engineering Manager at RDS and later took on the role of Operations Manager. In 2018, they moved to RDS - Engineering Specialists as the Head of Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Head of New Product Development at Kenera, a part of the KCA Deutag group. Throughout their career, Andy has been responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and personnel, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Andy Lawson studied Mechanical Engineering at Northumbria University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors.
