Jesper Skov

Jesper Skov has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Jesper is currently the COO at Re-Match since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Manager at Re-Match from March 2021 to September 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the COO / Operations Director at Kohberg Bakery Group A/S, where they were responsible for supply chain operations and managing around 500 employees.

Before that, Jesper Skov worked as the COO at Alfred Pedersen & Søn ApS from May 2018 to October 2019. Jesper also held the position of Managing Director, Production and Technical at Haribo Danmark from January 2015 to November 2017, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a site with 250-300 employees.

Jesper Skov gained valuable experience at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) from 2009 to 2014. Jesper served as a Plant Manager at ADM, overseeing Europe's largest oilseeds crushing and refinery complex and later a specialized vegetable oils and fats refinery in France. Jesper also worked as a Project Manager, responsible for capital investment projects and implementing project management structures at different ADM sites.

Earlier in their career, Jesper Skov was a Project Manager at Grundfos from 2007 to 2009, focusing on strategic plans and project implementations for global manufacturing sites. Jesper also worked at AarhusKarlshamn, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager and Shift Manager, overseeing capital investments and production operations.

In 1996, Jesper Skov started their career at Archer Daniels Midland Company as a Production Engineer and later became a Superintendent, managing the construction and commissioning of a new plant.

Throughout their career, Jesper Skov has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and project management skills in various industries, including food, manufacturing, and renewable energy.

Jesper Skov earned their Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University from 1992 to 1996.
