Nicole Hultgren

Board Member, Vice President & Chair Of Development at Re-Member

Nicole Hultgren, MEd, is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, training, and communication. Currently serving as the Board Member, Vice President, and Chair of Development at Re-Member since November 2006, Nicole leads a $2 million capital campaign to improve the quality of life for the Oglala Lakota Nation. Prior to this role, Nicole spent three years as a Senior Trainer in Learning & Development at MOBĒ, where responsibilities included facilitating training programs and developing onboarding initiatives. Nicole also lectured at the University of Michigan, instructing over 2,000 undergraduates in public speaking and communication. Earlier experience includes roles in training management at Bell and Howell and account management at Edelman, where key contributions involved strategic communication for major clients. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Media from George Mason University and has an extensive educational background in Political Science, French, Communications, and German Studies.

Re-Member

Re-Member is a non-profit organization, working with the Oglala Lakota Nation on Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. Volunteers comprised of individuals and groups (adult and youth) from churches, high schools, colleges, and corporations join us at our facility on Pine Ridge for a six-day cultural immersion and volunteer labor program. Our volunteers participate in various work projects across the Reservation, helping to rebuild relationships, homes, and lives.
