Andrea Hays

Andrea Hays is currently the Sr Manager- ESG Programs at RE Tech Advisors and the Founder & Chief Strategist at Eco Strategies Group. Previously, Andrea held various roles at Walt Disney World including Environmental Integration & Sustainability Sr. Project Manager and Cast Service Manager. Andrea also served as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Recycle Across America. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Landscape Architecture from St. Petersburg College.
