Patti James

Patti James is an accomplished human resources consultant and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since founding PB&J Consulting in July 2016, Patti has worked with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies and private individuals, focusing on career coaching and human resource strategies. As Advisory Director at Stanton Chase, Patti contributes to business development and client diversity initiatives. Experience also includes coaching relocating partners at REA and serving as Executive Director at Leadership Middle Tennessee. Prior roles at Bridgestone Americas involved leading human resources and shared services for North and South America. Patti holds a Master's Degree in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University, an MBA in Human Resources from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Human Resource Management, also from The Ohio State University.
