Judy Serafini

Judy Serafini, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at REACH Air Medical Services since November 2022. Previously, Judy held the position of Training & Development Leader at Monte Christo Communities and served as Human Resources Director at ART Asset Adjusters, where Judy built the HR department amid merger attempts in the automobile repossession industry. Judy's experience also includes working as an HR Generalist at Snowline Hospice, where Judy established an HR department for thrift store expansion. Earlier in the career, Judy was with Sears Holdings Corporation for nearly a decade, holding various roles, including National Training Manager, where Judy developed a nationwide training program, and HR Specialist, where Judy improved employee relations and recruitment efforts. Throughout the career, Judy has demonstrated expertise in training, development, and building HR functions across diverse industries.
