Candace Beach

Candace Beach currently holds the position of Growth Manager at Reach Brands since April 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles such as Marketplace Manager at Layla Sleep Inc. and Ecommerce Sales Support at Supplies Network. Earlier in their career, Candace worked as a Project Coordinator for Smarty Had A Party!, where responsibilities included producing purchase orders and assisting in the development of an ecommerce website. Additional experience includes serving as an Emergency Room Technician at Mercy, and various positions at Lafayette College, where Candace acted as an Ambassador and Continuing Education Coordinator. Candace began their professional journey as a Pool Supervisor and Water Safety Instructor at Springfield-Greene County Park Board. Candace earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies from Lafayette College.
