Lucy Conroy

Lucy Conroy is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on fertility and pediatric nursing. Currently serving as a Third Party Coordinator and Fertility and Oncofertility Nurse Coordinator at Reach Fertility since February 2021, Lucy organizes patient treatment plans, fosters communication between healthcare providers and patients, and creates educational resources on fertility and reproductive health. Prior experience includes roles as a Pediatric Registered Nurse at Atrium Health, where Lucy provided comprehensive care to pediatric patients across multiple specialties, and a student teacher for 9th grade Healthful Living. Lucy's background also includes internships focused on adolescent health, foundational training in healthcare, and involvement in youth advocacy programs. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Carolinas College of Health Sciences.
