Marcus Greinke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marcus is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer and CoFounder at Reach Finance, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they founded Jiffi, an AI-powered crypto investing platform, where they applied their expertise in AI and machine learning to provide breakout coin scores and develop advanced algorithms for trading.
Before Jiffi, Marcus was the Chief Marketing Officer at Penta, a digital-first business bank in Germany. During their time there, they were responsible for all aspects of growth, including acquisition, monetization, and data management. Marcus successfully implemented strategies for consistent and scalable growth, as well as a data-driven growth framework for the onboarding funnel.
Prior to Penta, Marcus held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Coya, an insurtech company. Marcus played a key role in increasing customer acquisition while simultaneously reducing customer acquisition costs. Marcus implemented a growth-based approach to marketing experiments and achieved consistent monthly growth.
Earlier in their career, Marcus owned their own business called Acquire, Convert, Retain, where they gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. Marcus also served as the VP of Marketing and Ecommerce at FAM Brands, where they oversaw various retail and digital initiatives.
Additionally, Marcus was the CoFounder and CEO of Ellie Fashion Group, a women's athleisure apparel brand, and the CEO of Charles & Marie, Inc, an eCommerce platform for home and personal accessories. Prior to that, they worked as the CEO of Consumer Branding at The Brand Union and founded Syndicate Brand & Corporate Design.
