JP Miller

JP Miller is the Director of Learning & Development at Reach. Prior to this, they were the Curriculum Developer & Programs Lead at Maydm, where they empowered more than 1100 middle and high school students to discover new skills and career pathways with STEM education. They also collaborated with development & program teams to increase student enrollment by 139%.

JP has also co-founded Skragglies LLC, and was Udacity's Career Services & Code Reviewer.

JP Miller has completed a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity, a Design Sprint Foundations Nanodegree from Udacity, a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity, and a Front-End Web Development Nanodegree from Udacity. JP has also completed an Improvisational Acting course specializing in Comedic Writing from The Second City, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts & Sciences from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they have an Associate in Applied Science in Business Marketing from Texarkana College. JP's certifications include a School of AI certification in Decentralized Applications, an edX certification in Blockchain for Business - Hyperledger Technologies, and Udacity certifications in JavaScript Basics and Intro to HTML and CSS.

JP Miller reports to Christopher Swenor, Co-Founder & CEO. JP Miller works with Candace M. Gillhoolley - Head of Community - Advocacy and Retention, Nina Klymenko - Head of Design, and Sandeep Kaur - Director, DeFi.
