Sierra Holas

Sierra Holas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sierra started their career as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard at Making Waves Swim School in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Event Coordinator at MUSE Magazine. Sierra then took on the role of Administrative Assistant at the DAN School of Drama and Music at Queen's University in 2019. During the same year, they also worked as a Resident Program Assistant at Queen's University and as a Music Festival Coordinator at Canada's Wonderland. In 2019, they joined StudioQ as a Video Editor. Sierra then transitioned into a managerial role as the Administration Manager at Tricolour Outlet in 2021. Sierra was responsible for conducting interviews and hiring staff, training and supervising employees, and addressing customer and store concerns. In 2022, they worked as a Research Intern at Reach3 Insights, where they gained experience in creating research projects, coding for data analysis, and creating informative reports. Currently, they are a Research Contractor at Reach3 Insights. Sierra also worked as a Bartender and Server at Clark Hall Pub and as a Floor Supervisor at Grocery Checkout Inc. Overall, they have demonstrated their versatility and ability to adapt to different roles and industries throughout their work experience.

Sierra Holas pursued their Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BAH) at Queen's University from 2018 to 2022.
