Jenny Lithgow

EMEA Team Manager, Client Success at Reachdesk

Jenny Lithgow has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jenny began their career in 2013 at EZ Equestrian as an Event Groom, where they managed the diaries of event riders and horses, organized logistics for events, and scheduled horse-related activities. Jenny worked in this role until 2017. In 2017, Jenny joined Hunted as a Candidate and Customer Success Manager, a position they held until 2019. At Hunted, they managed customer relationships and ensured the success and satisfaction of candidates. In 2019, Jenny moved to Reachdesk as a Customer Success Manager, where they continued to work until 2020. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Jenny then progressed to the role of Senior Client Success Manager at Reachdesk from 2020 to 2022, where they took on additional responsibilities in managing client accounts. Jenny further advanced to the position of Team Lead UK, Customer Success from 2022 to early 2023. Jenny then served as an Interim EMEA Team Manager, Client Success at Reachdesk before assuming their current role as EMEA Team Manager, Client Success, which they started in June 2023. Overall, Jenny Lithgow has acquired extensive experience in customer success and management roles throughout their career.

Jenny Lithgow pursued their education starting in 2013 at the University of Hertfordshire, where they successfully completed their BSc in Sport and Exercise Science with a first-class honors degree. Jenny attended the university until 2017. In 2015, they also enrolled at Western Sydney University, where they studied Sport and Exercise Science for a year, specifically focusing on Life Science.
