Sarah White

Sarah White has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Sarah currently works at reacHIRE as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, where they manage talent acquisition strategies and programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company. In their role as Talent Acquisition Manager at reacHIRE, Sarah selected and placed professional women who voluntarily off-ramped from their careers.

Before joining reacHIRE, Sarah worked as a Senior Project Lead at Argosight, where they handled full life cycle recruitment for a client with high volume hiring needs. Sarah also served as an Account Manager at ImageTech, overseeing client relationships.

Sarah's experience also includes working at Monster, where they held roles such as Delivery Supervisor, Program Manager - Talent CRM, Senior Recruiter, and Sourcing Specialist. In these positions, they managed teams, oversaw project success, acted as a subject matter expert in various fields, and coordinated with clients.

Additionally, Sarah worked at Sullivan & Cogliano as an IT Recruiter and at Professional Staffing Group as a Staffing Manager in the Temporary Administrative Division.

Sarah White has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
