Mark Doolan

Mark Doolan has extensive work experience in the field of user experience and product design. Mark most recently worked at Reach plc as the Principal User Experience Architect. Prior to that, they were the Principal Product Designer at Zoopla. Mark also served as the Principal User Experience Designer at The Guardian and as the User Experience Manager at Reed Exhibitions, Royal Mail, and broadbandchoices.co.uk. Mark worked as a Lead UX Consultant at HeathWallace and as a UX/IA Consultant at Story Worldwide. Mark began their career as a Web Editor at Host Europe Group.

Mark Doolan completed their Master of Science in Electronic Publishing from City, University of London, from 2007 to 2008. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Brunel University London, between 2001 and 2004.
