Caroline Castelo

Caroline Castelo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Caroline is currently working as a Client Success Project Manager at React Mobile since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Conference Services Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group from November 2019 to May 2020. Caroline also served as a Groups and Events Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from February 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they were employed as an Event Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from January 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, Caroline worked at The Peninsula Manila in various roles including Events Manager from January 2014 to December 2015, Events Coordinator from April 2012 to December 2013, and Front Office Agent from February 2010 to March 2012. Caroline started their career as a Product Trainer at Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. from July 2008 to December 2009.

Caroline Castelo completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Central Philippine University from 2003 to 2007. Caroline also obtained additional certifications in Persuasive Selling from LinkedIn in February 2021 and in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2021.
