James Richards

An electrical engineering A level kick-started James’ passion for engineering. It made for an easy decision to then enter an apprenticeship in engineering. He chose Reaction Engines because he felt they stood out from other companies he’d applied to and saw the drive and technology really intriguing and exciting. He really wants to play his part.

In his current role as an electrical engineer apprentice in the DICE team, he helps complete complex electrical installation and design work. This includes producing diagrams and drawings for the layout of the installation and building electrical systems to be used by the control systems team during testing.
