Philippa Davies Ceng Fraes Mwes

Philippa Davies CEng FRAeS MWES has extensive work experience in the aerospace engineering industry. Philippa is currently the Engineering Director at Reaction Engines, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering and Technical Chief of Staff at Reaction Engines. Before joining Reaction Engines, Philippa worked at Rolls-Royce, where they held various positions, including Technical Lead - Development Engineering and Performance Engineer. Philippa started their career at Rolls-Royce as an Engineering Leadership Graduate, gaining technical breadth and business understanding through placements in manufacturing R&D in Singapore and as an Integrated Project Team lead. Philippa has a strong background in performance engineering and functional systems.

Philippa Davies CEng FRAeS MWES completed their education with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Southampton. Philippa studied at the university from 2004 to 2008. Prior to their university education, they attended Ipswich High School from 1998 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
