Samuel Douglass

Samuel Douglass is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in high-speed flight and naval engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Reaction Engines since September 2019, Samuel specializes in the design of high Mach precooler heat exchanger units and oversees various engineering responsibilities including structural analysis, rapid prototyping, and project engineering. Prior to this role, Samuel worked at Babcock International Group in various capacities, gaining expertise in finite element analysis, HVAC system modeling, and nuclear safety assessments. Samuel holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and further enhanced skills through the Zero To Mastery Academy.
