Sheldelynn Asamoah

Data & Evaluation Assistant at Read Alliance

Sheldelynn Asamoah is currently serving as a Data and Evaluation Assistant, Summer Enrichment Program Assistant, and Senior Teen Leader at Read Alliance since February 2019, where involvement in tutoring young students from grades K-3 has facilitated the development of leadership skills. Previous experience includes working as a Starter & Builder at CoreLife Eatery in September 2022, focusing on meal preparation and customer service, as well as a Professional-in-Training at Techie Youth from July 2021 to July 2022. In March 2020, Sheldelynn held the position of Mathematics Tutor at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, providing classroom and individualized support before the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services with a concentration in Child and Family Studies from the University at Buffalo (August 2021 - May 2024), an Associate of Arts and Sciences from CUNY Hostos Community College (July 2019 - September 2021), and a High School Diploma from Hostos-Lincoln Academy of Science (September 2018 - June 2021).
