L. David Partridge CSM

L. David Partridge CSM has extensive work experience in various roles related to Agile project management and software development. L. David is currently working as a Senior Scrum Master at Ready Computing, where they are involved in the HMDM initiative for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to this, they worked at B3 Group, Inc. as a Scrum Master and Project Design Lead, leading a team of 14 resources on projects within the VDIF platform for VA facilities nationwide. L. David also implemented Agile ceremonies and streamlined ticketing processes.

Before joining B3 Group, Inc., David worked at ClearGage LLC as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum lead, focusing on all aspects of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). L. David documented requirements, defined scope and objectives, and aligned systems with overall business strategies.

David also has experience working at Deloitte, where they served as a Scrum Master and Senior Agile Business Analyst, and at PwC as a Product Owner, focusing on compliance and audit applications. Additionally, they worked at PharMerica as a Scrum Master and Senior Agile Business Analyst, and at Mad Mobile as a Senior Functional Analyst, with a focus on mobile web applications and inventory tracking.

Earlier in their career, David worked at Bisk as a Functional Analyst, where they acted as a Scrum Master, coordinated with development teams, and maintained technology department policies and procedures manuals. L. David also worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Field Force Management Operations Analyst and at CWR Mobility BV as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed user accounts, coordinated with senior leadership, and provided support for mobile deployments.

Throughout their work experience, David has demonstrated strong skills in Agile project management, Scrum, requirements gathering, backlog management, and team leadership.

L. David Partridge CSM holds a Bachelor of Communications degree in Telecommunications/Information Systems from Michigan State University. Additionally, they are a Certified ScrumMaster, which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in July 2015.
